Prenatal massage therapy can help support people all throughout their pregnancy. Massage can help reduce anxiety, relieve muscle and joint pains, and relieve muscle aches and tension associated with pregnancy.
Massage therapy is available from the 1st trimester all the way through to the end of the 3rd. Pregnant patient's can be positioned in side-lying or face down with the aide of pregnancy pillows, which allows a pregnant person to be comfortably positioned and receive massage throughout their entire pregnancy.

Headaches and Migraines
Headaches and migraines can be debilitating. Many people suffer from them, with no relief. Missing work, a decrease in quality of life and sleep, and having trouble functioning from the pain can be common side effects.
